OPPO Find X3 Pro launched with class-leading display & innovative camera system

After weeks of anticipation, OPPO has finally took the wrap off the company’s latest Find X3 Pro flagship which once again impresses us with new innovative and class-leading features that make the device stand out.

This year, the theme of the OPPO Find X3 Pro is “Awaken Color” which allows users to their senses to a new spectrum of colours and bringing to life rich, visual experiences. This is made possible through the new Full-path 10-bit Colour Management System and True Billion Colour Display on the Find X3 Pro.

In terms of design, the OPPO Find X3 Pro flaunts a new “Space Age” design which isn’t just unique, but also aesthetically pleasing. At 193 grams, the Find X3 Pro is slightly lighter than last year’s Find X2 Pro (Review). Most importantly, its also sleeker and slimmer with a thin profile of just 8.26mm.

Upfront, the OPPO Find X3 Pro features a 6.7-inches LTPO AMOLED display which offers an ultra-sharp QHD+ screen resolution and a buttery smooth 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. To deliver an even more immersive graphical experience, the front display is also topped with an impressive 5,000,000:1 contrast ratio, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, as well as a peak brightness of 1,300 nits.

On the imaging front, the OPPO Find X3 Pro relies on a highly versatile and innovative quad-camera system lead by a pair of 50 megapixels Sony IMX766 sensors for wide-angle and ultra-wide-angle shots. For the primary shooter, it has OIS, EIS and All Pixel Omni-directional PDAF for fast and accurate autofocus. While its ultra-wide camera lacks OIS stabilization, but it do come with the All Pixel Omni-directional PDAF.

As for the other two cameras, it include a 13 megapixels telephoto camera which offers up to 5x hybrid zoom and 20x digital zoom, as well as a groundbreaking 3 megapixels microlens camera which supports up to 60x magnification. What’s interesting is that the microlens camera also has a “flash ring” enclosing the lens to provide illumination for close-up subjects.

Under the hood, the OPPO Find X3 Pro is powered by the latest Snapdragon 888 chipset which will be paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB onboard storage in the memory department. The device is backed by a respectable 4,500mAh battery which supports 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 flash charging and 30W AirVOOC wireless flash charging.

On the software-side, the Find X3 Pro is shipped with the latest ColorOS 11.2 based on Android 11 OS. The device is available in two different color options including Gloss Black and Blue.

For those who’re interested, the OPPO Find X3 Pro is priced at S$1,599 for its single 12GB+256GB configuration. The device will officially be on sale island wide across all channels including OPPO’s concept stores, Shopee and Lazada Flagship stores, M1, Singtel and StarHub stores as well as authorised resellers from 27 March.
