Oppo is all set to unveil the Find X8 Ultra in April in China. With nearly a month remaining before the launch, tipster Digital Chat Station released a Weibo post to reveal the key specifications of the Find X8 Ultra. Here is a look at the details shared by the tipster.
Oppo Find X8 Ultra key specifications (rumored)
According to the tipster, the Oppo Find X8 Ultra will feature a 2K ultra-narrow flat display equipped with an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. He revealed in the comments section of the Weibo post that X8 Ultra’s screen has a large-radius (R) corner curvature, making it different from the Oppo Find X8 and Samsung’s smaller R-cornered screens.
The X8 Ultra’s camera system will have 3x and 6x periscope lenses with a large-aperture design, a blue glass coating, and it will support telephoto macro mode. It will pack a 6,000mAh dual-cell battery with 100W wired charging and 80W wireless charging.
The leak further mentions that the X8 Ultra will have an 8.xx mm-thin body, IP68/69 water resistance, and a custom 0916 vibration motor. However, the leak hints at a possible drawback, though details remain unclear. Other reports have revealed that the highest variant of the Find X8 Ultra will have support for satellite connectivity.
Apart from the Find X8 Ultra, the brand may also launch the Find X8S and Find X8 Mini through the April event in China. The same event may also see the arrival of other devices, such as the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, Enco Free 4 TWS earbuds, and Watch X2 Mini.
