OPPO K3 is Now Official with SD710, VOOC 3.0 and 1,599 Yuan Starting Price

OPPO has unveiled the OPPO K3 smartphone in China. The smartphone comes with a notch-less display and a pop-up selfie camera. It has arrived with an attractive starting price of 1,599 Yuan ($230).

OPPO K3 Specifications and Features

The OPPO K3 has arrived with a 6.5-inch AMOLED display that offers full HD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It offers a screen-to-body ratio of 91.1 percent.  The Snapdragon 710 chipset is present under the hood of the device. It comes in 6 GB and 8 GB RAM editions and storage models of 64 GB, 128 GB and 256 GB. There is a microSD card slot on the device for more storage.

The backside of the phone features a 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera setup. There is a pop-up selfie shooter of 16-megapixel on the device. It receives power from a 3,765 mAh battery that can be charged through USB-C. The handset comes with support for VOOC 3.0 Flash Charge technology. The ColorOS 6.0 based Android 9 Pie OS comes preloaded on the device. The smartphone comes equipped with an in-display fingerprint reader.

OPPO K3 Price and Release Date

The OPPO K3 variants that were announced at its launch event are 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage at 1,599 Yuan ($230), 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage at 1,899 Yuan ($275) and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage at 2,299 Yuan ($333). Its color edition include Nebula Purple, Morning White and Farm Black. Except for 8 GB RAM model that will release later in the coming month, the sales of 6 GB variants are scheduled to start on June 1.
