Today, two OPPO patents were included in WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization). The OPPO patent shows a full-screen phone using a punch-hole camera solution. The patent shows that the OPPO punch-hole screen can also display icons on the top, and the camera App icon can be merged with the front camera so that the front camera is cleverly hidden in the camera App icon. This can minimize the impact the of proactive shooting on the camera.
This means that OPPO may launch a punch-hole screen mobile phone soon. It is reported that OPPO officially announced that it will display the latest 10x hybrid optical zoom technology on MWC2019. This technology has reached commercial level and has mass production capability.
Therefore, the OPPO upcoming flagship smartphone will likely be equipped with the 10x hybrid optical zoom. OPPO 10x hybrid optical zoom first model may be the Oppo F19/F19 Pro thus these smartphones may also come with the patented punch-hole camera solution.
