Earlier this year, Oppo had introduced Realme 1 smartphone as under its new Realme sub-brand to target the mid-range market. Recent reports have suggested that the company is now prepping to launch the Realme 2 smartphone on Aug. 28. A specifications sheet of the Realme 2 has been leaked through which all the important information on its internals have been revealed.
The Oppo Realme 2 measures 156.2 x 75.6 x 8.2mm and it weighs 168 grams. The handset will be hitting its target markets in colors like Diamond Red, Diamond Blue and Diamond Black. It will be equipped with a 6.2-inch notched IPS LCD screen that will produce HD+ resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels along with an aspect ratio of 19:9. The handset will be fueled by the mid-range Snapdragon 450 that includes an octa-core processor that clocks at 1.8 GHz.
The Realme 2 specs sheet reveals that it will be arriving in two models such as 32 GB storage + 3 GB RAM and 64 GB storage + 4 GB RAM. It will also feature an expandable storage slot. For photography, the Realme 2 will offer its users with 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera setup and a selfie shooter of 8-megapixel. The handset is expected to arrive with a long-lasting battery of 4,320mAh battery.
