OPPO will be launching the Reno 2 series of smartphones in India on Aug. 29. Recent reports had suggested that the Reno 2 may also debut soon in China since it has already appeared with its images and full specs on TENAA. Today, OPPO has released the first teaser video of the OPPO Reno 2 series for China. The teaser does not reveal the launch date of the OPPO Reno 2, but certainly indicates that its China launch is drawing near.
OPPO Reno 2 TENAA listing has revealed that it will be featuring a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with notch-less design. The display carries support for full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. It will be fueled by Snapdragon 730G processor and 8 GB of RAM. The handset could be coming with 128 GB and 256 GB of storage option.
The quad camera setup of the phone includes a 48-megapixel primary lens, a 13-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel lens and a 2-megapixel. It has a pop-up selfie camera of 16-megapixel. It is expected to come with a 4,000mAh battery that carries support for VOOC 3.0 Flash Charge technology. When it comes to photography, the handset is expected to offer 20x hybrid zoom and video stabilization feature.
