OPPO Reno Ace 2 (PDHM00) Seems to be 3C Certified

Earlier this month, OPPO unveiled the OPPO Find X2 and Find X2 Pro smartphones. The Chinese is now working on its flagship phone. OPPO VP Brian Shen has confirmed that the company will be launching the Reno Ace 2 smartphone in April. It will be arriving as the successor for the original Reno Ace phone that was announced in October 2019. A new OPPO phone with model number PCHM00 has been spotted at the database of China’s 3C authority. The listing suggests that it could the Reno Ace 2 phone.

The PDHM00 OPPO phone that has appeared on 3C is a 5G-capable phone. The charger that is listed on its 3C listing supports up to 65W fast charging. Hence, it appears that the PDHM00 could be the next flagship phone from the Chinese manufacturer.

Probably, it could be the Reno Ace 2 smartphone that will break cover next month. The 3C listing has no other information on its specifications. The PDHM00 model number was previously spotted on Wi-Fi Alliance. The handset was spotted with dual-band Wi-Fi and Android 10 OS.

While Shen confirmed the April launch of Reno Ace, he didn’t share any detail on its specs. He only revealed that it will be a lightweight device. A leaked live shot of the OPPO Reno Ace 2 that had surfaced recently had revealed that it will be sporting a round-shaped camera setup on its back. Since it is a flagship phone, it will be driven by the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform. Hopefully, more details on the phone will appear in the coming weeks.
