OPPO Reno4 F to Launch on October 12

OPPO is gearing to launch a new smartphone called the OPPO Reno4 F in Indonesia. The handset is slated to go official on Oct. 12. The teaser released by the brand suggests that it could be rebranded version of the OPPO F17 Pro that debuted in India recently.

The microsite of the phone at OPPO Indonesia reveals that the OPPO Reno4 F has an ultra-sleek and ultra-light smartphone. The listing states that the phone is equipped with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.

The teaser video released by the company states that the handset has a slim profile of 7.48mm and a Super AMOLED display with dual front-facing cameras housed in a pill-shaped cutout. It has a quad camera setup arranged in square-shaped housing on its rear. The left side of the phone features a volume rocker and a power key. The phone will be available in the country in black and white color variants.

The teaser video that OPPO Indonesia is released is the same one that was used to tease the OPPO F17 Pro before its launch in India. It remains to be seen whether the device arrives with any other differences as compared to the F17 Pro. The handset is expected to be rebranded in Southeast Asian markets as the OPPO A93 and in Ukraine, the handset has already debuted as the OPPO Reno4 SE.

OPPO F17 Pro Specifications

The OPPO F17 Pro has a 6.43-inch AMOLED Full HD+ display and it is powered by the Helio P95 chipset. The device comes with LPDDR4x RAM, UFS 2.1 storage, and a microSD card slot. The ColorOS 7.2 based Android 10 OS is preinstalled on the F17 Pro. It is equipped with a 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual selfie camera system and it has a 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad camera system The phone houses a 4,015mAh battery that supports 30W VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge technology.
