OPPO Reno7 Z 5G launched with with Snapdragon 695, 64MP triple-cameras & 33W fast-charging

Following the launch of the Reno7 series smartphones in the global market, OPPO has now introduced a new model known as the Reno7 Z 5G in the Thai market which is priced at a more affordable price point.

Right off the bat, the OPPO Reno7 Z 5G rocks a 6.43” AMOLED display with a sharp FHD+ screen resolution along with a standard 60Hz refresh rate. Just like the rest of the Reno7 series smartphones, it also features a punch-hole on the upper-left corner of the screen which houses a 16 megapixels front-facing camera.

In fact, the similarities with the rest of the Reno7 series smartphones also extend to it’s familiar-looking rear camera module which houses a triple-cam setup lead by a 64 megapixels main camera alongside a pair of 2 megapixels monochrome and depth sensors.

Sitting at the heart of the phone is an octa-core Snapdragon 695 chipset which will be paired with 8GB RAM (with an additional 5GB worth of RAM expansion) as well as 128GB built-in storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.

To keep it’s lights on, the Reno7 Z 5G is backed by a respectable 4,500mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support which is capable of delivering a full charge in around an hour. On the software-side, the phone will be covered by ColorOS 12 based on Android 11 OS out of the box,

For those who’re interested, the OPPO Reno7 Z 5G is available in both Rainbow and Black colorways. The actual pricing and availability of the phone however, remains under the wrap at the moment though it’ll probably be announced during today’s launch event.
