Xiaomi had recently announced the new Redmi K40 series smartphones in the Chinese market which has enjoyed a successful debut sale with more than 300,000 units sold in just 5 minutes.
For the vanilla Redmi K40 is expected to hit the global market under the POCO F3 branding after its model number were spotted in IMEI’s database with the POCO F3 branding.
Now, reputable tipster @stufflistings has further revealed that the POCO F3 is likely to debut in the global market later this month. Along with this information, he also mentioned that the POCO X3 Pro may feature an unannounced Snapdragon 860 with 120Hz FHD+ front display and a respectable 5,200 mAh battery.
While its true that the Redmi K40 will be rebranded as POCO F3 for the global market, a fresh report from xda-developers suggests that the same device could arrive in India under the Xiaomi Mi 11X branding. The Redmi K40 Pro and K40 Pro+ on the other hand, are touted to be launched as the Xiaomi Mi 11X Pro and Mi 11i as well.
