After launching the POCO M3 budget-centric smartphone yesterday, POCO has officially confirmed once again on the company’s independent status, even though the company had already announced they will be parting way with Xiaomi back in January this year.
Along with their commitment to go independent, POCO also shed some lights on the company’s achievement over the last three years after it was formed in 2018.
According to POCO, the company has already entered more than 35 markets within the short period of time, and had already shipped more than 6 million smartphones globally.
The majority of the devices shipped came from the POCO F1 which made up 2.2 million of the total devices shipped so far.
Following a one year hiatus last year, POCO is back to the scene this year with a number prominent smartphone launches this year including the POCO X2, POCO F2 Pro, as well as the more recent POCO X3 NFC.
