POCO X5 5G is all set to go official along with the POCO X5 Pro 5G on Feb. 6 in the global market. A new leak, courtesy of tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore, has revealed all the major specs of the vanilla model. Continue reading ahead to find out what to expect from the device.
POCO X5 5G Specifications (Rumored)
The leaked poster shared by the tipster shows that the POCO X5 5G has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display. The punch-hole screen supports FHD+ resolution, up to a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1,200 nits of peak brightness, and 100 percent DCI-P3 color space. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset. To recall, the same chip powered the POCO X4 Pro 5G last year.
The POCO X5 5G will pack a 5,000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. The device seems to be equipped with a side-facing fingerprint scanner. It will come preloaded with MIUI 14-based Android 12.
The POCO X5 5G will have a 13-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The back panel of the device will have a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. While it is not mentioned in the leak, the X5 is likely to come equipped with up to 6 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128 GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The leaker also revealed that while the POCO X5 is heading to Europe, it will not release in India. As far as the POCO X5 Pro is concerned, it will release in India as well as Europe. At present, there is no information on the prices of the POCO X5 series for the global market.
