Realme 7 5G will be officially announced on November 19th

Yesterday, we just reported that a new Realme smartphone known as the Realme 7 5G was certified by the Thai NBTC authority. This device is likely to be a rebranded Realme V5 due to their identical model.

Realme November 19th Launch Event

Right now, Realme UK has announced that the company will be holding a 5G launch event on November 19th next week. Since the company had already launched the Realme X50 5G (Review) and Realme X50 Pro 5G (Review) in the UK market, the Realme 7 5G will be the third 5G offering from the company.

As a quick recap, the the Realme V5 comes with a 6.5-inches FHD+ LCD display which boast a smooth 90Hz screen refresh rate. Its front panel has the usual hole punch design to accommodate its 16 megapixels selfie camera.

Under the hood, the device is fueled by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC along with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage in the memory department.

To keep its lights on, it is fitted with a massive 5,000mAh battery which has 30W fast-charging support via a USB Type-C port, capable of delivering a full charge within 65 minutes. As usual, it will run on the custom Realme UI (based on Android 10 OS), and will be preserving a 3.5mm headphone jack.

In the Chinese market, the device carries an attractive price tag of 1,499 Yuan (US$215) and 1,899 Yuan (US$272) for its 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB models respectively.
