Yesterday, official-looking teasers of the upcoming Realme 8 and 8 Pro were leaked out on Twitter ahead of their March 24th launch date. Now, more details pertaining to the specs of the vanilla Realme 8 have surfaced courtesy of its Geekbench 5 listing.
According to its listing, the Realme 8 is expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Helio G95 chipset along with 8GB RAM in the memory department and the latest Android 11 OS.
Performance-wise, the device achieved a score of 536 points and 1,702 points respectively for its single-core and multi-cores benchmark tests which is slightly above the average scores you will expect for a mid-ranger smartphone.
Aside from that, we also do know from earlier reports that the Realme 8 will be featuring a 64 megapixels primary shooter for its quad-camera system on the rear side. The 108 megapixels sensor on the other hand, is exclusive to the “Pro” model.
As for color options, the Realme 8 is expected to be launched in both Cyber Silver and Cyber Black colorways.
