Realme is reportedly working on the Realme 9 series of smartphones. Reports have claimed that the Chinese manufacturer will introduce four smartphones such as Realme 9, Realme 9i, Realme 9 Pro, and Realme Pro+ in the beginning months of 2022. Well ahead of the launch, a Vietnamese publication The Pixel.vn, has shared concept renders based on the actual Realme 9i device.
Right off the bat, the Realme 9i renders suggest that its design will be similar to the Realme GT Neo 2 flagship phone that debuted a few months ago in different markets. The publication claimed that while the device will have a plastic rear shell, the colors shown in the leaked image are not the official colors.
Realme 9i Design
As can be seen, the Realme 9i can be seen sporting a punch-hole at the upper-left corner of its display. While the device will have slim bezels, the chin of the device will be slightly thick.
The rear shell of the device has a rectangle-shaped camera module, which includes a triple camera unit and an LED flash. The left edge of the device has volume up and down buttons, whereas its right spine has a power key.
According to rumors doing rounds on social platforms, the Realme 9i will have a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel that offers an FHD+ resolution, a 32-megapixel front camera, and a 64-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel + 2-megapixel quad-camera unit. It may come with the Helio G90T, 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage, and a 5,000mAh battery.
Readers are advised to digest the specs leak of the Realme 9i with a grain of salt all leaked details do not seem accurate. Realme is expected to globally announce the Realme 9i in January 2022.
