Realme C17 Appears with Snapdragon 460 on Geekbench

Realme is gearing up to launch yet another C-series smartphone called the Realme C17 phone. The moniker of the phone suggests that it will be positioned higher than the Realme C15 went official recently. In the recent past, the handset has received approval from certification platforms from Indonesia and Thailand. Hence, its arrival could be close at hand. Ahead of the launch, the Realme C17 has appeared on Geekbench with key specs.

Recent reports have revealed that the RMX2101 model number belongs to the forthcoming Realme C17 phone. In the single-core test, the smartphone scored 253 points and it recorded a scored of 1248 in the multi-core test.

The name of the processor that fuels the Realme C17 is not mentioned in its Geekbench listing. The ‘bengal’ codename that can be seen mentioned in the motherboard field suggests that it could be powered by the Snapdragon 460 or 662 chipset.

Since the phone will be positioned higher than the Realme C15, it is likely that to come equipped with Snapdragon 460 chipset. The SoC is coupled with 6 GB of RAM and the device is preinstalled with Android 10 OS. There is no word on the specifications of the Realme C17 phone.

The original Realme C1 was equipped with a Snapdragon Soc, but the other C-series that followed it were powered by MediaTek SoCs. The upcoming Realme C17 will feature the latest Snapdragon 4 series chipset. The C17 will be the most powerful and costliest C-series phone from the brand.
