Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition Specifications, Images Revealed Through TENAA Appearance

The Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition launch date could be drawing near. The reason behind it is that it has been certified by China’s TENAA telecom authority. The certification has unearthed its specifications and images.

At the start of June, a Realme device with an RMX3551 model number was seen at the 3C certification. The same device has now bagged TENAA’s approval. Most likely, it will be called the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition when it comes out in China.

Starting from the front, the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer can be seen sporting an AMOLED display with a centrally aligned punch-hole. It is a flat screen that will come equipped with an under-display fingerprint scanner. The TENAA listing reveals that it has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that produces a Full HD+ resolution. It is expected to support a 120Hz refresh rate.

The Realme GT 2 Master Explorer model will feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The back panel of the device holds a triple camera unit. It includes a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel secondary snapper, and a 2-megapixel macro/depth camera. Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12.0 OS may come preinstalled on the device.

The Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset is confirmed to power the GT 2 Master Explorer device. When it comes to RAM, the device will come in multiple options such as 4 GB, 6 GB, and 8 GB. It will come in 128 GB, 256 GB, and 512 G storage editions. The device packs a 5,000mAh battery, which seemingly sports 100W charging. It is speculated that there could be a 4,800mAh battery variant of the device, which may support 150W fast charging. It will be available in white, brown, and green colorways.
