While Realme has now confirmed the Realme GT 8 Pro’s flat display with rounded corners, the brand has revealed that it will support a 2K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and 7,000 nits peak brightness. This will be a major upgrade considering that the GT 7 Pro from last year featured a flat 1.5K 120Hz screen with a peak brightness of 6,000 nits.
Like the previous generation, the GT 8 Pro will continue to feature an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor. For eye protection, the screen will support global DC dimming, 1-nit eye-care, and circular polariser, and it will also offer hardware-level chip calibration.
The Realme GT 8 Pro is confirmed to pack a massive 7,000mAh battery, but there is no information about its fast-charging capabilities. The device, which reportedly bears the model number RMX5210, was recently spotted on Geekbench with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 16GB of RAM, and Android 16.
Realme has also confirmed that the GT 8 Pro will be equipped with a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. It is also confirmed to support 3x optical zoom and 12x lossless zoom, but there is no information about the exact camera sensor that features it.
