For a couple of weeks, the rumor mill has been speculating on the arrival of the Realme GT Master Edition smartphone. Today, the company finally confirmed that the GT Master series will be announcing at 2 PM (local time) on July 21 in China.
The company also confirmed that it has teamed up with Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa for designing the upcoming GT Master Edition series. A recent report claimed that the company may announce a standard Realme GT Master Edition phone as well as another model called the Realme GT Master Explorer Edition, which may feature a translucent back.
Two Realme phones with model numbers RMX3366 and RMX3361 have been certified by the TENAA authority of China in recent weeks. It is believed both models belong to the forthcoming GT Master series. Since the RMX3366 was spotted last month, its complete specifications are known. As far as RMX3361 is concerned, its TENAA listing is not yet showing its entire specifications.
Realme GT Master Edition Specifications (Rumored)
The Realme GT Master Edition has a 6.55-inch AMOLED display that offers an FHD+ resolution. The curved edge screen has a punch-hole for housing a 32-megapixel selfie camera. Its rear camera setup has a 50-megapixel main camera, a 16-megapixel secondary lens, and a 2-megapixel camera.
The Snapdragon 870 is at the helm of the GT Master Edition, and it offers up to 12 GB of RAM. The handset will be arriving with up to 512 GB of storage and will run on Android 11 OS. It will come with support for 65W fast charging for its 4,500mAh battery.
