Realme RMX3366 appears on TENAA; could it be part of Realme X9 series?

An unannounced Realme smartphone bearing the model number RMX3366 has appears on the Chinese TENAA database along with some of it’s key specs and official images. Speculations are rife that the device could be part of the upcoming Realme X9 series which has been tipped to debut somewhere next month.

According to the images listed on the site, the Realme RMX3366 will be donning a curve display upfront that measures 6.55” diagonally. Due to the lack of a side or rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, it’s safe to assume that the phone will be arriving with an AMOLED display that comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner.

Around the back of the phone, it features a rectangular camera island which is home to a triple-camera system. The actual configurations of the camera specs however, remain under the wraps at the moment.

In terms of specs, TENAA only mentioned that the Realme RMX3366 will be equipped with a 4,400mAh dual-cell battery and ships with Android 11 out of the box.

However, we did heard earlier on that the phone is likely to be powered by either a Snapdragon 778G or Snapdragon 870 chipsets – depending whether it’s the vanilla Realme X9 or Realme X9 Pro.

Similarly, it’s 3C certification also revealed that the phone will be arriving with 65W SuperDart charging as well.
