Realme GT2 Pro is scheduled to debut on Jan. 4 in China. Today, the company released fresh posters to not only showcase its front design but also to share some details about its display.
Realme has confirmed that the Realme GT2 Pro will be equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display by Samsung. It supports Quad HD+ resolution of 3216 x 1440 pixels resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+.
The official posters show that the GT2 Pro has a flat display with ultra-narrow bezels. The Chinese manufacturer has confirmed that it will be equipped with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus, which is said to be the toughest screen protection available in the market.
Reports have suggested that there could be as many as three editions of the Realme GT2 Pro. The regular model and Master Edition variants may have identical specs, but the latter is a specially designed model in collaboration with Naoto Fukasawa. It is speculated that there is a camera-focused version of the GT2 Pro. Probably, this model may come equipped with an under-display camera.
The TENAA appearance of the GT2 Pro revealed that it has a 32-megapixel front-facing camera and a 50-megapixel (primary) + 50-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro/depth) triple camera system. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC powered handset may offer users up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, up to 1 TB of UFS 3.1 storage, Realme UI 3.0 based Android 12 OS, and a 5,000mAh battery that supports 65W rapid charging.
The pricing of the Realme GT2 Pro is under the wraps. It is speculated that the Realme GT2 with Snapdragon 888 SoC onboard may also break cover along with the GT2 Pro.
