After launching it’s first-ever Android tablet last year, Realme will soon be launching a brand new model known as the Realme Pad Mini that comes with a slightly smaller footprint as compared to the initial model.
The news come directly from Realme Philippine which confirmed that the country will be the first to launch this highly anticipated slate. While no detail pertaining to it’s launch date was revealed, but the teaser released by the company did confirmed that the launch would occur soon.
Based on what we’d learned so far, the Realme Pad Mini is expected to arrive with a petite 8.7” display which is said to offer a modest HD+ screen resolution of 1340 x 800 pixels. Likewise, the slate is also said to measure 7.6mm in thickness and weighs approximately 372 grams.
Under the hood, the Realme Pad Mini will reportedly be powered by an entry-level Unisoc T616 chipset which will be paired with up to 8GB RAM and 64GB built-in storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card.
To keep it’s lights on, the slate is tipped to be feature a respectable 6,000mAh battery which will reportedly support 22.5W fast-charging. Other than that, it might also come with an 8 megapixels rear snapper as well as a 5 megapixels front-facing camera.
