A new Realme phone with model number RMX3041 / RMX3042 / RMX3043 has received certification from the TENAA authority of China. The TENAA listings have revealed the key specifications and design of the smartphone. Realme is known for launching its number series smartphones in markets outside of China. The RMX3042 / RMX3043 may land in China as a Q-series smartphone. Probably, this smartphone may end up as the Realme 8 in global markets.
The Realme RMX3041 / RMX3042 / RMX3043 measures 162.5 x 74.8 x 8.5mm and it houses a 6.5-inch display. The phone is backed by a 4,890mAh rated battery. There is no word on the fast charging capabilities of the device. The 5G-ready handset will ship with Android 11 OS.
The RMX3042 model can be seen sporting a blue-colored back in the image below. It has a huge Realme branding and the rectangle-shaped camera array houses three or four cameras and an LED flash. The handset features a punch-hole at the upper-left corner of the screen. It features a side-facing fingerprint reader. The RMX3041 / RMX3043 editions have the same rear design, albeit a smaller Realme logo.
Hopefully, newer reports will reveal more information on the identity and other specifications of the Realme RMX3041 / RMX3042 / RMX3043 handset. Also, now that the device has bagged TENAA certification, it may debut as early as this month in China.
The first-generation Realme Q handset was a rebadged version of the Realme 5 Pro. The Realme 7 5G that arrived in the global market resembled and shared many of its specs with the Realme Q2 phone. If the Realme RMX3041 / RMX3042 / RMX3043 arrives as the Realme Q3 in China, it may end up as a Realme 8 series smartphone in the global markets.
