On April 4, Realme announced the Realme GT Neo 5 SE in China. It arrived as a toned-down version of the Realme GT Neo 5, which debuted in February this year. As announced by the brand, it carried out the first sale of the GT Neo 5 SE in China yesterday. Today, the company claimed that it has become the bestselling product in the history of the first sale of the GT Neo-branded smartphones.
According to Realme, the company sold 100,000 units of the Realme GT Neo 5 SE in its first sale. The smartphone comes in four variants in China, such as 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage, and 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage.
These variants are priced at 1,999 Yuan ($290), 2,199 Yuan ($319), 2,299 Yuan ($334), and 2,599 Yuan ($377), respectively. It comes in two shades, such as Final Fantasy and Black.
Realme GT Neo 5 SE specifications
The Realme GT Neo 5 SE has a 6.72-inch OLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 2 chipset, LPDDR5x RAM, and UFS 3.1 storage. The device runs on Realme UI 4.0-based Android 13 OS.
The GT Neo 5 SE has a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. On the back, it has a 64-megapixel main camera with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
The smartphone has a 5,500mAh battery with 100W charging support. It comes with other features like an under-display fingerprint scanner, dual stereo speakers, and an IR blaster.
