Realme to Announce Something on Realme X50 Youth Edition Tomorrow

On Jan. 7 in China, Realme will be launching the Realme X50 as it first 5G-ready smartphone. Alongside it, the company will be unleashing the Realme Buds Air in China that has already gone official in India. Some reports have claimed that the company will be also announcing the Realme X50 Youth Edition smartphone on the same day. A fresh Weibo post by Realme reveals that it will be announcing something about it tomorrow.

The screenshot of the Weibo post by Realme carries a Y logo. The Weibo post only says few days about it such as Dare-to-leap! Young! Rea! and it also states that there will be official announcement on it tomorrow morning. It seems like that the company will be confirming some details on the Realme X50 Youth Edition tomorrow morning through Weibo.

As it can be seen, Realme has used ‘Realme X50 5G Youth Flagship’ for making Weibo posts which indicates that there is a Youth Edition for Realme X50 5G. Even Realme CMO Xu Qi has been using the same phone for adding posts on Weibo.

As of this writing, nothing is known on the specs of the Realme X50 5G Youth Edition. It is believed that the RMX2052 5G-ready phone that was certified by the MIIT authority in China could be the Realme X50 5G Youth Edition. It is likely to debut as an inferior version of the Realme X50 5G.

The Realme X50 5G Youth Edition could be fueled by the Dimensity 800L or Dimensity 1000 5G chipset that was announced recently by MediaTek. The Realme X50 features the more powerful Snapdragon 765G processor.
