Realme “V” and “X7” series will be heading to the global market

Recently, Realme had launched the brand new V and X7 smartphone series in the Chinese market. Follow the launch, many had speculated about the availability of these devices in the global market – due to its attractive specs sheet and palatable price point.

Thankfully, all these doubts were clarified during Realme’s IFA event held in Berlin earlier today. According to Realme, these devices which include the likes of Realme V3, Realme V5, Realme X7 and X7 Pro will be heading to the European markets during the forth-quarter of the year.

Though the product road map was meant for the European markets, but we do expect the availability of these devices to extend to other markets, especially the Asian markets as well.

Unlike the other recently announced Realme smartphones from the “C” and numerical series, the upcoming “V” and “X7” series smartphones are part of the company’s effort to “position itself as the populariser of 5G”.

In 2 or 3 years, Realme also said that the company “plans to advance in their 5G product planning to make 5G accessible to more users worldwide.”

Despite being a relatively young brand, Realme already has more than 45 million users globally. Previously, the company had also revealed that they aim to achieve 100 million annual smartphone sales in the next 2 to 3 years.
