Realme X50 Pro will still be announced on February 24th; but will be an online launch event

Even though the Mobile World Congress 2020 had already been cancelled, but the highly anticipated Realme X50 Pro flagship will still be announced on February 24th.

Realme X50 Pro 5G Launch

However, it has been changed into an online launch event similar to what we’d seen from the recently announced Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro flagships. This will certainly be a piece of good news for all the Realme fans out there.

As for other smartphone OEMs, some may choose to push back the official launch of their new products to a later date instead. OPPO for instance, had decided to pushed back the official launch of their latest Find X2 flagship from February 22nd to an unspecified date in March.

From what we’d learned so far, the Realme X50 Pro will be a flagship device boasting some of the best-in-class specs and features. The device will be driven by the latest Snapdragon 865 SoC that allows it to support both standalone (SA) and non-standalone (NSA) 5G modes.

It is said to be equipped with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and has a respectable 256GB native storage space. The quad-camera setup on it’s back panel is said to feature an impressive 108 megapixels main shooter as well.
