The highly-anticipated Realme X50 will finally be announced during an official launch event in China tomorrow.
Today, Realme has also announced that the device will go on sale shortly after it’s official launch. Coincidentally, the Redmi K30 5G will also be holding its debut sale tomorrow as well.
Recently, the official TENAA listing of the Realme X50 has revealed most of the device’s key specs. According to the listing, the device will arrive with a 6.57-inch display as well as an overall footprint measuring 163.8 × 75.8 × 8.9mm.
Under the hood, the Realme X50 will be driven by the latest Snapdragon 765G SoC that comes with an in-built 5G modem capable of supporting both standalone (SA) and non standalone (NSA) modes. Similarly, the device will also able to support concurrent 5G and Wi-Fi connections for optimal connectivity.
In the memory compartment, the device will feature up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB native storage. However, there will not be any expandable microSD slot on the Realme X50.
Moving on to its camera compartment, the Realme X50 will sport an impressive 64MP+12MP+8MP+2MP quad-camera setup on it’s rear panel. Over at the front, there will be a pair of selfie cameras comprising of a 16 megapixels main snapper and a 8 megapixels ultra wide angle lens.
Based on the earlier leaked renders and images, we’d already learned that the Realme X50 will feature a pill-shaped cut-out on it’s front panel which houses two selfie cameras.
On the rear panel, you will see a familiar vertical camera module that houses a quad-camera setup – similar to the Realme XT and Realme X2.
