Today, Realme China’s Vice President Wang Wei took to Weibo to reveal that the company will be soon announcing a handset named the Realme X7 Pro Extreme Edition, which will arrive as one of the cheapest phones with a curved edge AMOLED display. In addition, the company will continue to launch Master Editions as they have been doing for previous-generation models. A Chinese tipster has now shared the key specs of the Realme X7 Pro Extreme Edition.
According to a reliable Chinese tipster, the Realme X7 Pro Extreme Edition will be equipped with Dimensity 1000+ chipset and a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support. For photography, there will be a 32-megapixel front-facing camera and a 64-megapixel main camera on the back. These specs are in fact similar to what we saw on the curre tRealme X7 Pro.
The X7 Pro Extreme Edition will sport a very slim profile of 7.8mm. In comparison, the X7 Pro measures 8.5mm in thickness. The new model will be priced over 2,000 Yuan ($307). The leakster claimed that the relatively high cost is mainly due to the inclusion of a curved edge display.
Coming back to Wei, he said that the company that there will be a Master Edition phone built in collaboration with Japanese industrial designer Fukasawa Naoto. Probably, he could be hinting at a Master Edition model for the forthcoming Realme X9 series.
