Realme XT with 64MP Quad Cameras and Snapdragon 712 Launched in India

Last month, Realme had taken off covers from the Realme 5 and Realme 5 Pro smartphones in India. At the end of the event, Realme had confirmed that it will be launching Realme XT as the first phone in India with 64-megapixel quad cameras. The day has arrived, and the company has unveiled the Realme XT phone in India.

Realme XT Specification and Features

The Realme XT that features a glass bodied chassis. It has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with dewdrop notch. It offers full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It is embedded with an in-screen fingerprint sensor. The Snapdragon 712 mobile platform that includes 2.3GHz octa-core processor is present under the hood of the device. The SoC is coupled with up to 8 GB of RAM. It has an internal storage of up to128 GB. The Android 9 Pie based ColorOS 6.1 designed for Realme OS runs on the device.

The rear side of the Realme XT has a quad camera system. It uses a Samsung GW1 64-megapixel primary lens, a 119-degree 8-megapixel lens, a 2-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. It has a front-facing camera of 16-megapixel. The handset has a 4,000MAh battery with 20W VOOC Flash Charge 3.0 technology.

 Realme XT Price and Release Date

Pearl White and Pearl Blue are the two color variants of the Realme XT. It’s different variants such as 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage models are respectively priced at Rs. 15,999 ($225), Rs. 16,999 ($239) and Rs. 18,999 ($267). The first sale of the smartphone will be held on Sept. 16 through Flipkart.

For hardcore gamers, the company announced Realme XT 730G phone that is fueled by Snapdragon 730G processor and it comes with 30W fast charger. Itwill be made available in December.
