Since the past few days, Nubia has been teasing the arrival of its Red Magic series gaming phone. The Red Magic 5S will be arriving as an upgraded version of the Red Magic 5G that debuted earlier this year. After revealing some of the key features of the Red Magic 5S in the past few days, the Chinese firm has confirmed that it will be made official on July 28.
The Red Magic 5S will be the fourth Snapdragon 865 Plus powered handset to debut in China. Tomorrow, Lenovo will be announcing the Lenovo Legion gaming phone in China and Samsung too will be unveiling the Galaxy Z Flip 5G. ASUS ROG Phone 3 gaming phone will be debuting in China on July 23. These three phones are fueled by the all new SD865+ chipset that clocks at 3.09GHz.
The Red Magic 5S will be the most powerful gaming phone from Nubia. It will be arriving with UFS 3.1 storage and LPDDR5 RAM. For superior gaming experience, the Red Magic 5S will be arriving with an advanced cooling system that includes a large heat-dissipation copper foil, thermal gel and centrifugal cooling fan.
The Red Magic 5G came with support for 300Hz touch sampling rate for the gaming trigger buttons. The Red Magic 5S will offer improved experience with 320Hz touch sampling for the shoulder buttons. Also, its screen will support up to 144Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate.
The full specifications of the phone are currently under wraps. However, it is speculated many of its specs from the Red Magic 5G gaming phone.
