Redmi Gaming Phone May Sport a 144Hz Display

Redmi is rumored to launch its first gaming phone by the end of this month. It is expected to feature the 6nm Dimensity 1200 SoC, which is said to offer performance similar to the Snapdragon 870. A new leak that has emerged today claims it could be sporting a high refresh rate screen.

Fresh information reveals Redmi’s gaming phone will have a Samsung AMOLED E4 screen with a punch-hole placed at the top-center position. This display is expected to offer up to a 144Hz refresh rate. The Redmi K40 series features a 6.67-inch Samsung E4 display. Hence, it is likely that the Redmi gaming phone may house a same-sized display.

The smartphone could be backed by a massive 5,000mAh battery with 67W rapid charging support. Its back panel may feature a quad-camera setup headlined by a Sony IMX686 64-megapixel lens. For gamers, it may offer shoulder buttons similar to the Black Shark 4 series. The other specs as well as the marketing name of the device are yet to be confirmed. The device is likely to be priced around 2,000 Yuan ($306).

REdmi gaming phone coming soon-

The M210K410C phone, which was certified by China’s 3C certification platform might be upcoming Redmi gaming phone. The device is expected to appear in the database of TENAA certification site in the next few days.

On the other hand, the M210K410I model number belongs to the Indian edition of the phone. This device has been spotted at the BIS certification site in the recent past and its IMEI database listing revealed that it might be landing in India as a POCO device. Probably, it may hit the India markets an F-series smartphone.
