Redmi is all set to launch the Redmi K80 Ultra and Redmi K Pad gaming tablet in China. While both devices are confirmed to launch this month, the brand is yet to confirm the launch date. The K Pad will be a compact offering that will face competition from similar models, such as the Red Magic Gaming Tablet 3 Pro and Lenovo Legion Y700 (Gen 4). While Redmi has already revealed the design of the K Pad, it is yet to confirm its key specifications. A new leak by Panda is Bald has revealed the key specifications of the device.
Redmi K Pad specifications (rumored)

As per the leak, the Redmi K Pad will be a compact gaming tablet equipped with an 8.8-inch LCD panel. The tablet will support 3K resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and a 165Hz refresh rate.
Under the hood, the Redmi K Pad will feature the Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset and a 7,500mAh battery with 67W fast charging. The device will measure 6.4mm in thickness and weigh only 326 grams.

The Redmi K Pad will be available in three shades, such as purple, green, and black. The leak has no information about the camera specifications and memory configurations of the device.
Other reports have claimed that the Redmi K Pad will be equipped with dual speakers, dual X-axis linear motors, and dual USB-C ports. It is also expected to carry support for bypass charging.
It goes without saying that the device will run on Android 15 with a layer of HyperOS 2.0 on top. The recent Geekbench listing of the device suggested that it will ship with up to 16GB of RAM and may possibly come with up to 512GB of storage. In the single-core and multi-core tests, the device scored 2,750 and 8,608 points, respectively.
