Redmi K20 Pro with 6.39-inch Display, Snapdragon 855, 48MP Triple Cameras and 27W Fast Charging Announced

The Redmi K20 Pro flagship phone has been finally unveiled through a launch event in China after several months of leaks. It has arrived as the cheapest Snapdragon 855 chipset powered phone. The handset is also packed with many other exciting features like notch-less display, 48-megapixel triple camera unit and a pop-up selfie camera.

Redmi K20 Pro Specifications and Features

The Redmi K20 features a 6.39-inch AMOLED without notch. It supports full HD+ resolution, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, full DC dimming and its integrated with 7th generation in-display fingerprint reader. The Snapdragon 855 chipset is assisted by up to 8 GB of RAM and it includes an internal storage of up to 256 GB. The MIUI 10 based Android 9 Pie OS comes preinstalled on the device. For stutter-free gaming experience, the Redmi K20 Pro features Game Turbo 2.0.

The Redmi K20 Pro features a triple camera setup on its back. It comprises of Sony IMX586 48-megapixel main sensor, a 13-megapixel superwide angle lens and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens. For shooting selfies, it is fitted with a pop-up selfie camera of 20-megapixel. The 4,000mAh battery inside the phone supports 27W rapid charging. It lacks support for microSD card.

Redmi K20 Pro Price and Release Date

The Redmi K20 Pro models such as 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage are respectively priced at 2,499 Yuan ($361), 2,599 Yuan ($375), 2,799 Yuan ($404) and 2,999 Yuan ($435). Carbon Black, Glacier Blue and Flame Red are the color editions of the phone. Its pre-sales begin today in China and its shipments will start from June 10.
