Redmi K40s, Redmi K50, and K50 Pro Key Specifications Tipped

On March 17, Redmi will be unveiling the Redmi K50 series of smartphones. Previous reports have claimed that the lineup includes three models, such as the Redmi K50 featuring the Snapdragon 870 chipset, the Redmi K50 Pro powered by the Dimensity 8000 chipset, and the K50 Pro+ fuelled by the Dimensity 9000. Fresh information shared by Bald is Panda that the upcoming K-series phones for China will be called the Redmi K40s, Redmi K50, and Redmi K50 Pro.

According to the tipster, the Redmi K40s has a 6.67-inch OLED E4 display, which probably supports a Full HD+ resolution. The handset is tipped to pack a 4,500mAh battery that carries support for 67W fast charging. The device is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 870 chipset.

The Redmi K50 and K50 Pro+ have a 6.67-inch AMOLED E4 display that offers a Quad HD+ resolution. The K50 is expected to house a 5,500mAh battery that offers 67W of fast charging. On the other hand, the K50 Pro may pack a 5,000mAh battery, which may carry support for 120Hz fast charging.

The K50 and K50 Pro are likely to be powered by the Dimensity 8000 and Dimensity 9000 chipsets, respectively. The leak has no information on the specifications of the cameras of the K40s, K50, and K50 Pro.

It has a 6.67-inch AMOLED E4 FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor, up to 12 GB of RAM, up to 256 GB of internal storage, a triple camera unit with 64-megapixel (main) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro), a 20-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 4,700mAh battery with 67W fast charging.
