Redmi Note 10 5G Series to Launch on May 26 in China

In March, Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 10, Note 10 Pro, and Note 10 Pro Max in India. It also announced the Redmi Note 10 5G and Redmi Note 10S in the global markets in the same month. Today, the company confirmed that it will be announcing the Redmi Note 10 5G series at 2 PM (local time) on May 26 in it’s home market.

The official poster released by the brand gives a look at the rear design of one of the Redmi Note 10 5G series handset for the Chinese market. The blue color handset can be seen sporting a rectangle-shaped camera module, which seems to house a triple-camera system and an LED flash unit.

Redmi Note 10 series launch date

In November 2020, Redmi announced the Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9 Pro, and Redmi Note 9 4G smartphones in China. However, rumors surrounding the upcoming Note models claim that the company may announce three phones such as Redmi Note 10 5G, Redmi Note 10 Pro 5G, and Redmi Note 10 Pro+ 5G.

It seems that the M2103K19C smartphone, which was recently spotted at TENAA certification site in March could be the vanilla Redmi Note 10 5G. The listing revealed that it has a 6.5-inch FHD+ display, a 2.2GHz octa-core processor, up to 8 GB of RAM, up to 256 GB of storage, Android 11 OS, an 8-megapixel front camera, a 48-megapixel rear-facing primary shooter, a side-facing fingerprint scanner, and a 4,900mAh rated battery. Its 3C certification revealed that it may arrive with support for 22.5W rapid charging.

Probably, the Note 10 5G may feature the Dimensity 700 chipset. It is speculated that the Note 10 Pro 5G may feature the recently announced Dimensity 900 chipset, while the Note 10 Pro+ 5G could be fueled by the Dimensity 1100 SoC.
