Redmi Note 8 Pro Exceeds 300,000 Sales Mark During Debut Sale

After making it’s official debut last month, the Redmi Note 8 Pro finally went on it’s debut sale yesterday. As expected, the device was selling like hot cakes once the sale kicked off, with more than 300,000 units sold at the end of the day.

This isn’t really surprising given that the Redmi Note 8 Pro is definitely one of the most valued-for-money smartphone currently available in the market. It offer’s an impressive quad-camera which is the first in the world to arrive with a 64 megapixels Samsung ISOCELL GW1 sensor.

Under the hood, the device is also the first to debut with the latest Mediatek’s Helio G90T, gaming-centric SoC. The Helio G90T comes with various smart components including the exclusive HyperEngine which could drastically improve gaming experience for it’s users.

Pricing for the device however, remains affordable even with all these powerful internals. Below is a quick summary of the Redmi Note 8 Pro for those who’d missed out:

  • 6GB+128GB : 1,599 Yuan (US$224)
  • 8GB+128GB : 1,799 Yuan (US$252)

It’s Redmi Note 8 sibling on the other hand, will only go on sale starting September 17th.
