Redmi Watch and Redmi K30 Ultra May Debut on August 14

The Redmi K30 Ultra that is believed to have the M2006J10C model number appeared on TENAA earlier today with all its specifications. The Chinese brand is also rumored to be working on a new smartwatch. A screengrab of the 818 Jingdong Mobile Festival suggests that Redmi may announce these devices on Aug. 14.

The below shown screenshot shows the day-by-day schedule of the upcoming mobile phone festival that will be held on JD.com in China. The shopping festival will be held between Aug. 8 and Aug. 18. It can be seen that the Chinese text below 8.14 date reads “New Product Day.” Hence, it is being speculated that the Redmi K30 Ultra 5G and Redmi Watch may go official on Aug. 14.

Redmi Watch

The name of the Redmi’s upcoming smartwatch is not known. It is being speculated that it could be called Redmi Watch. This moniker was casually mentioned by Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing after the launch of Mi Watch last year in November when he asked netizens whether they are looking forward to Redmi Watch.

Recently, a Chinese tipster had claimed that the Redmi smartwatch will be launching soon. After China, India could be one of the first markets to receive it as Redmi Watch was spotted in the database of Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) earlier this month. Unfortunately, no information is available on the specs of the Redmi Watch

Redmi K30 Ultra 5G Specifications

The Redmi K30 Ultra 5G has a 6.67-inch notch-less AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display with 20-megapixel pop-up selfie camera. It has a Sony IMX686 64-megapixel quad camera setup on its back. Its powered by Dimensity 1000+. The phone houses a 4,500mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
