Redmi will be launching new notebooks on May 26 in China.  It is the same event through which the company will be unveiling the Redmi 10X series of smartphones. Recently, the unannounced RedmiBook 13, RedmiBook 14, and RedmiBook 16 devices were found listed on JD. Today, Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing shared a poster through his Weibo account to reveal that the company will be launching the RedmiBook 16 on May 26. It is unclear whether other rumored RedmiBooks will also break cover at the same event.

The poster revealed by Weibing states that the RedmiBook 16 will come with equipped with a 16.1-inch display. The size of the bezels around the display of the device measures 3.26mm. Because of the slim bezels, it will deliver a screen-to-body ratio of 90 percent. The display supports 100 percent sRGB wide color gamut.

Recently, it was reported one of the upcoming RedmiBook will be powered by Ryzen 4500U processor and the other one could be equipped with a Ryzen 4700U processor. Both models may come with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of SSD storage. The 14-inch and 16-inch editions of Ryzen powered RedmiBooks were spotted at the Bluetooth SIG certification platform at the end of the previous month.

Apart from launching the Redmi 10X series and RedmiBooks at the May 26 event, the company will be also announcing new Redmi TVs. The rumored Redmi TV models that are expected to debut next week are called Redmi TV X50, Redmi X50 55, and Redmi TV X65. The company is also rumored to announce its first Redmi TV soundbar.

Hopefully, Redmi will reveal more details on the upcoming RedmiBooks before the May 26 launch date arrives. There is no word on the pricing of the upcoming Redmi laptops.
