Samsung Galaxy A23 5G is likely to go official soon. Last month, reliable tipster Steve Hemmerstoffer had released the CAD renders of the A23 5G. The images showed that the device will be equipped with a teardrop notch and a quad-camera unit on the back. Now, a fresh leak has revealed all the major specs of the Galaxy A23 5G.
Samsung Galaxy A23 5G Specifications
The Galaxy A23 5G is expected to arrive with a 6.4-inch IPS LCD display that produces an FHD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The predecessor Galaxy A22 5G was fueled by the Dimensity 700 chipset. The same SoC is speculated to power the A23 5G. It is likely to arrive in two variants such as 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage and 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage.
The A23 5G has a front camera of 12-megapixel. The rear camera setup of the phone will feature a 50-megapixel main camera. It will be accompanied by an 8-megapixel lens and a pair of 2-megapixel auxiliary snappers. The device will come preinstalled with Android 12 OS with One UI interface on top.
The device is likely to be powered by a 5,000mAh battery, which may carry support for 18W fast charging. The device will be also equipped with a side-facing fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Reports have revealed that Samsung may also have the Galaxy A23 4G in the near future. The device was recently seen with the Snapdragon 680 chip, 4 GB of RAM, and Android 12 OS at the Geekbench benchmarking site. Since its support page has appeared on Samsung Russia’s website, it is also expected to launch soon in different markets.
