According to the publication, the Galaxy A25 5G will have a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED panel that offers a Full HD+ that supports 90Hz or 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the device will have the Exynos 1280 chipset. It is the same chip that powers the Galaxy A53, the Galaxy A33, the Galaxy M34, the Galaxy M33, and the Galaxy F34.

The report states that the Galaxy A25 5G will be available in two configurations, such as 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. The device will run on One UI 6-based Android 14 and is likely to receive up to four years of Android OS upgrades.

The Galaxy A25 5G will have a 32-megapixel front-facing camera. Its rear camera module will have a 50-megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 5-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.

The handset will be backed by a 5,000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging. The device will come with other features, such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, dual-SIM support, 5G, a USB-C port, a microSD card slot, and a side-facing fingerprint scanner. One of the major highlights of the device is that it will arrive with an IP67 rating for water resistance. It will be available in four shades, such as black, blue, silver, and yellow.
