Samsung Galaxy M42 with Snapdragon 750G could cost around US$265

Recently, we’d saw an alleged video teaser of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy M42 smartphone which has been tipped to be launched somewhere this month.

Now, a fresh report from IANS has further revealed the pricing details of this upcoming handset. According to the publisher, the Samsung Galaxy M42 smartphone is said to be priced between INR20,000 (US$267) to INR25,000 (US$333).

Besides being among the most affordable Samsung’s smartphone, the Galaxy M42 is also the first 5G smartphone within the M series lineup. Based on its earlier Geekbench listing, the Galaxy M42 will be powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 750G chipset.

Although its Geekbench listing revealed the device with 4GB RAM, the device is also expected to be available in 6GB RAM model as well. Likewise, its recent 3C certification also confirmed that the device will be arriving with a hefty 6,000mAh battery with possible fast-charging support.
