It has been quite awhile since we talk about the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 3, but thanks to Sam Mobile – we’ve got yet another rumor for the much anticipated phablet which is expected to be released during September this year. Apparently, the 5.99-inch phablet is rumored to be coming with the Exynos 5 octa chipset packed with an incredible eight-core Mali 450 GPU with 3GB RAM onboard as well. This isn’t surprising since ARM has already unveiled the Mali 450 GPU back in mid-2012 last year. Apart from that, sources also suggest that the Galaxy Note 3 will probably be running on Android 4.3 instead of Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie, which was previously rumored.
Some other leaked specifications include : 5.99-inch Super AMOLED display with diamond pixel structure, 13 megapixels rear camera, 5 megapixels front camera, as well as the latest TouchWiz Nature UX 2.0 running in the background. As for the phablet’s design, Sam Mobile says that Samsung has not confirmed its design but is considering whether to give the Galaxy Note 3 a flexible display ( if it’s available ) or a Galaxy S4-like design.
Sad to say we’ve yet to hear anything about the phablet’s launch date but one of the greatest possibility we can think of is during IFA 2013 held in Copenhagen during August. So if you’re planning to get yourself a new Android handset, you may want to consider waiting for the Galaxy Note 3.
