Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Emperor Edition Unlikely to Come in 8 GB RAM Version

Samsung has released the Galaxy S8+ Emperor Edition feature 8 GB of RAM and inbuilt storage in limited markets China and Japan. Speculations have been claiming that Samsung will be also releasing Galaxy Note 8 Emperor Edition. However, two Chinese leaksters have claimed that the Galaxy Note 8 Emperor Edition is unlikely to feature 8 GB of RAM.

A Chinese leakster with IiceUniverse Weibo ID had first claimed that the Galaxy Note 8 Emperor Edition would be coming with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. However, later on the leakster retracted from his statement and claimed that the Note 8 Emperor Edition with 6 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. He has also said on Weibo that the starting model of the phablet would be coming with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage. Another Chinese leakster mmddj_china on Twitter has also said that there will be no 8 GB RAM variant for the Galaxy Note 8.

IiceUniverse has also claimed that the phablet would be coming in colors like black, blue (Deep Blue) and gray (Orchid Gray). Th Deep Blue color seems to be a new variant which is different from the Coral Blue color that the company had debuted for the discontinued Galaxy Note 7.
