Today, 91mobiles in collaboration with leakster Ishan Agarwal shared the key specifications of the Galaxy S21 Ultra smartphone.
As the name suggests, the Galaxy S21 Ultra is the highest model in the Galaxy S21 series. The CAD renders of the S21 Ultra has revealed that it is the only device in the series to be equipped with a curved edge display. Like the S21 and S21 Plus, the Ultra phone features a punch-hole display. The backside of the phone has a camera module that blends with its edge. The CAD renders have revealed that it will be equipped with a quad-camera system.

Fresh information reveals that the Galaxy S21 Ultra that has a model number of SM-G998U is equipped with a 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED display that offers 2K resolution. The S21 Ultra’s screen is expected to support 120Hz or 144Hz refresh rate.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra will be driven by the Snapdragon 875 or Exynos 2100 chipset. The Android 11 OS customized with One UI 3.0 skin will come preloaded on the phone. It could be housing a 5,000mAh battery.
The Galaxy S21 Ultra could be equipped with a 108-megapixel main camera on its rear. For selfies, it may possess a 40-megapixel front camera. The device measures 165.1 x 75.6 x 8.9mm and it could be available in black and silver colors.
