Tipster Revengus has been leaking key information on the specifications of the upcoming Samsung products. In recent tweets, he has shed information on the camera specs of the Galaxy S24 series of smartphones, which is expected to break cover in the first quarter of 2024.
According to the tipster, the Samsung Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24 Plus will be equipped with a 50-megapixel Samsung GN3 primary camera. It is the same primary camera that can be found on the Galaxy S22 series and the Galaxy S21 lineup.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra will inherit the 200-megapixel Samsung HP2 camera, which was introduced on the Galaxy S23 Ultra this year. The tipster did not share any information on the auxiliary cameras of the S24, S24+, and S24 Ultra. The S24 series is expected to feature a custom version of the forthcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
The tipster also added that Samsung will use a customized Sony sensor on the Galaxy S25, which will debut in 2025. Hence, the tipster has speculated that the Galaxy S25 and onwards may feature a custom version of the Sony IMX890 snapper.
Rumours are rife that the South Korean tech giant will announce the Galaxy Tab S9 series of flagship tablets in August this year. The same tipster recently claimed that the Galaxy Z Tab will also be showcased through the same event.
The Galaxy Z Tab is said to be a tablet with a foldable screen. When opened, it will offer a big screen, and when closed, it will become a compact device. The Z Tab may not feature a cover screen.
