Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ has been officially announced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 in Barcelona, Spain. When it comes to appearance, the S9 and S9+ do not look very different from S8 and S8+, but they feature less rounded corners and slightly reduced corners.

The Galaxy S9 and S9+ respectively house QHD+ resolution supporting 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch S-AMOLED Infinity Display. The North America and China variants of the Galaxy S9 duo are powered by Snapdragon 845 while other markets are receiving Exynos 9810 chipset models. The Galaxy S9 has 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage and 3,000mAh battery whereas the S9+ has 6 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage and 3,500mAh battery.
The Galaxy S9 has a 12-megapixel rear camera with OIS, dual-pixel autofocus and variable aperture of f/1.5 to f/2.4 for capturing impressive shots in dim or bright conditions. The S9+ features a dual camera setup featuring the same variable aperture 12-megapixel sensor and 12-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture, OIS and dual-pixel AF. Both phones feature f/1.7 aperture 8-megapixel autofocus enabled selfie camera.
The Galaxy S9 duo are blessed with AKG tuned stereo speakers. The Intelligent Scan feature combines iris scanner and face recognition to deliver robust security. The AR Emoji feature on both phones create 3D avatars of user which can be also used to created animated emoji sticker.
Samsung Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+ Pricing and Availability
The Galaxy S9 and S9+ are respectively priced at $719 and $939. In the Europe, they are priced at 839 euros and 949 euros. The S9 duo are expected to arrive in the market on March 16 in colors like Midnight Black, Coral Blue, Titanium Gray and Lilac Purple.
