Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 5G Promotion and Support Pages Goes Live in South Korea

In October, the 5G edition of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 had received approval from Bluetooth SIG and Wi-Fi Alliance. The listings confirmed that the Galaxy Tab S6 5Ghas a model number of SM-T866N. The listings confirmed that the Galaxy Tab S6 5G will be debuting as the first 5G ready tablet. Earlier this month, the tablet had bagged an important certification in South Korea which indicated that it may go official in the home market within this month. The official Samsung promotion page has the Galaxy Tab S6 5G listed alongside other tablets from the company.

The source link reveals that the company is running a promotional offer for customers who purchase its tablets including the Galaxy Tab S6 between Dec. 20 and March 31, 2021. This indicates that the Galaxy Tab S6 5G could be up for purchase soon in South Korea. The below shown screenshot reveals that the support page for the Galaxy Tab S6 5G is live. However, the Samsung South Korean website does not have an official listing for the 5G tablet.

The Galaxy Tab S6 5G may borrow all its specs from 4G LTE edition. The only difference could be the presence of a 5G modem inside the device. The Galaxy Tab S6 has a 10.5-inch AMOLED display that offers quad HD+ resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixel. The Snapdragon 855 chipset fuels the device with up 8 GB of RAM. It has up to 256 GB of storage. It has a dual-rear camera of 13MP+5MP and a frontal shooter of 8-megapixels. It features an in-screen fingerprint reader. The device houses a 7,040mAh battery that supports 15W fast charging. Some reports have claimed that the Galaxy Tab S10 5G will have a 10.3-inch screen and a 7,300mAh battery.
