Save the Date: iQOO 11 is Launching on December 2

Several reports have claimed that iQOO will soon launch the iQOO 11 series. The device is now confirmed to break cover in Malaysia on Dec. 2. It appears that it will be the first-ever Snapdragon 8 Gen 2-powered device to break cover outside China. Today, iQOO China released an official confirmation that the iQOO 11 will be unveiled at 2:30pm (local time) on Dec. 2 in the home market.

iQOO has recently confirmed that it will be launching the iQOO 11 in Malaysia on Dec. 2 through a four-hour event. The below-shown screenshot is of Vivo China’s online store. The screengrab confirms that iQOO will be launching the iQOO 11 on the same day as its launch in Malaysia. However, the page has been taken down for reasons best known to the brand.

According to reports, the iQOO 11 has a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED display that offers a Quad HD+ resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels and a 144Hz refresh rate. The handset runs on the OriginOS 3.0-based Android 13 OS.

The iQOO 11 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform. The SoC will be coupled with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The device may come with up to 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It will house a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging.

The iQOO 11 will have a 16-megapixel selfie camera. The device’s back panel will feature a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 13-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and an 8-megapixel macro camera.

The handset measures 164.8 x 77 x 8.5mm and weighs 205 grams. It will arrive in shades like Isle of Man Edition and Track Edition.
