Realme has confirmed that it will announce a new smartphone named the Realme C67 5G on Dec. 14 in India. What’s interesting about the said device is that it will be the company’s first C-branded phone to come with support for 5G connectivity.
The above poster released by the brand shows that its design is quite similar to the Realme Narzo 60x 5G smartphone, which itself is similar to the Realme 11x 5G.
Speculations are rife that the Realme C67 5G will be equipped with the Dimensity 6100 Plus chipset. The company has confirmed that the smartphone will have a punch-hole display, which possibly supports a 90Hz refresh rate and a side-facing fingerprint scanner. It is also confirmed to support 33W fast charging.
The above image reveals that the Realme C67 5G has a 50-megapixel dual-camera system with LED flash, enclosed in a round module. The company has also hinted the device will have an IP rating for durability. The brand is yet to reveal the other specifications of the device.
The Realme C67 5G is likely to compete with the Redmi 13C 5G, which launched today in India with a starting price of Rs 10,499. Hence, it is likely that the C67 5G will have a similar price tag in India.
In related news, Realme is also said to be gearing up to launch the Realme C67 (4G) in Indonesia. It is speculated that the 4G version will be equipped with the Snapdragon 685 chipset. It is said to be equipped with a 90Hz HD+ display, 8 GB of RAM, 128 GB / 256 GB of storage, 108-megapixel dual cameras, an 8-megapixel front camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging.
